There are two key knowledge areas needed for successful implementation. The first one is strong functional knowledge, which aim to better off existing business process. The second one is strong product knowledge, which aim to map best business practice to oracle e-business suite for easy to use and efficient to use.

Our implementation style start with setting up project's objective with key user team, then during implementation we, IDS and client, work toward common predefined goals.

After project completion, we evaluate result of implementation against predefined objectives. If the result is not acceptable, then find out the cause and correct it till we meet predefined goals and objectives.
